👨🏻‍💻 About Me

I am Terry Lu, a Member of Technical Staff at Dyna Robotics, where I work as a full-stack software engineer building cutting-edge robotics solutions. Previously, I was a Software Development Engineer II at Amazon Robotics, where I designed and built large-scale simulation infrastructure that powered autonomous warehouse operations. My journey with robotics began in high school building DIY spider robots and quadrupeds, sparked a passion that led me through USC’s Computer Science program (B.S. & M.S.), and continues with developing innovative robotics systems.

What started as teenage fascination with making things move has evolved into expertise in distributed systems, robotics simulation, and large-scale infrastructure. Recently, I’ve become particularly interested in embodied AI - exploring how deep learning can train robots to perform complex autonomous tasks, bridging my simulation background with the cutting edge of robotic intelligence.
